Hamburger Soup

This is also my husband’s favorite especially for the winter.

1.5 lbs Ground Beef (I put more beef if I don’t use rice)
1 Pkg Soup Vegetables (McKenzie’s)
1 Can V-8 Vegetables Juice (large)
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
4 Small Beef Bouillon
1 cup rice (optional)
Water (about 2 cups)

– Brown ground beef, drain.
– Add vegetables, V-8 and water
– Bring to a boil and add bouillon rice.
– Cook approx. 30 min.
– Season with Lawry season salt as you like.

Serve with corn bread, or spread cheese on top and eat with chips/crackers.
