Beef Stew

2 lbs cubed stew beef
3 tbs flour
2 tbs oil
4 cups water
Mixed vegetables (I like using potatoes, celery and carrots)
Beef stew seasoning

Directions:
1. Coat beef with flour.
2. Heat oil in large skillet, and brown beef.
3. Add seasoning and water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
4. Add vegetables. Simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

For best result cook in a crockpot/slow cooker.

Serve with steamed rice or white bread😉
