I’m not a big fan of macaroni and cheese, but I like this one maybe because it has bell pepper in it.
Ingredients:
8 oz pkg Macaroni (cooked)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bell pepper-chopped
1 onion – chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lbs grated cheese
Directions:
Mix and bake 30 mins at 400 F
